Hydro Cooler
Hydro Cooler is used for cooling many fruits, vegetables and small shellfish, specially by cherry producers in Turkey. Karsu, which manufactured the first Hydro Cooler in Turkey. And Trade. Inc. It has designed and started to produce this product especially for cherry producers. The pre-cooling process performed with Karsu Hydro Cooler in orchards is an indispensable method to preserve the freshness and quality of cherries.
Ammonia / Glycol Evaporators
Laminated air coolers made of steel pipes are tested at 20 atu pressure and galvanized in a hot dip galvanizing bath. It is designed according to the pump and natural circulation system. They are produced in different slat lines and sizes for cold storage, shock rooms and frozen storage rooms, and can be mounted on the floor, wall and ceiling. Fans can be designed to work on suction and pressure. It is suitable for hot gas defrost and there are also electric and water powered defrost options.
Evaporative Condenser
The coils of KARSU evaporative condensers are manufactured from steel pipes and galvanized in a hot galvanized dip bath. It is designed and manufactured to work smoothly with the lower basin, serpentine, fan group, water circulation pump with mechanical seal, water distribution system, PVC eliminators and filters.
Central Freon System
They are designed and manufactured for lower initial investment and operating costs in food storage facilities where there are many cold/frozen rooms with small usage factors (diversity). Chillers consisting of more than one semi-hermetic or screw compressor. The condenser, automatics, tanks and electrical power panel of the system are grouped together on the steel construction.
